We heard that Katie had been successfully helping others with nutrition and we were ready to loose some weight and get into better shape. Katie showed us how to read labels and what food ingredients to avoid and what we should include. She researched the needs of our age group and shared the volumes of food we should be consuming per meal and daily, included recipes to try.
